Customer Review: Very good cookie sheet

I've had no real problems. The only time something went wrong is when I sprayed some non stick spray on it. Because it has such a highly non stick surface already, everything would slid off the sheet when in the oven. So my advice is to not use non-stick spray with this cookie sheet. Otherwise, it works great when I remember not to spray it, LOL.

Insulated so cookies won't scorch, this cookie sheet combines two layers of commercial-gauge nonstick steel with a pocket of air so cookies bake evenly and emerge golden brown. The durable construction will not chip, peel or warp, and it cleans up easily, too. Three open sides allow air to circulate, while a lip provides a stopgap to facilitate easy cookie removal. If you like chewy cookies, this is the pan for you. Dishwasher-safe. Made in England. 16" x 14".Baking crescent rolls, florentines, or other delicate goods on ordinary baking sheets requires precise timing and heat to avoid overbrowning. Pros know that an insulated sheet--two layers of metal with air between them--bakes goodies with less danger of burning.
