Customer Review: Very good cookie sheet

I've had no real problems. The only time something went wrong is when I sprayed some non stick spray on it. Because it has such a highly non stick surface already, everything would slid off the sheet when in the oven. So my advice is to not use non-stick spray with this cookie sheet. Otherwise, it works great when I remember not to spray it, LOL.

Kaiser applies two layers of nonstick coating to the interior and exterior of ExtraordinAire cookie sheets, so foods remove eaBaking crescent rolls, florentines, or other delicate goods on ordinary baking sheets requires precise timing and heat to avoid overbrowning. Pros know that an insulated sheet--two layers of metal with air between them--bakes goodies with less danger of burning. Its heavy, aluminized-steel construction and dark color mean this sheet heats evenly and doesn't bend, and its double-layered nonstick coating is exceptionally durable.
