Part of the La Forme series, this cake pan will be a great addition to your bakeware collection. The non-stick coating allows for quick and easy release of all baked goods and easy cleanup. The dark color absorbs more heat, quickly browning your pastry item to perfection. The magnum coating protects the cake pan from scratches whenever you're cutting inside it. This quality cake pan comes at a reasonable price. Great for cheesecakes, round cakes, and many other recipes!
Made of heavy-gauge steel for gentle, uniform heat distribution, this 13-by-9-inch cake pan wears an exceptionally durable, double-layered nonstick coating inside and out. That means it readily releases cakes and other baked goods and cleans up easily. The pan is 2 inches deep, warp-resistant, and carries a five-year warranty against defects.
